Description
Esculetin is isolated from the peel of Aesculus hippocastanum L. It can quench the inner fluorescence of bovine serum albumin. Esculetin has various biological and pharmaceutical properties including anti-edema, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumour, hepatoprotective, anti-osteoarthritis and anti-rheumatoid arthritis effects.
