DescriptionOsthole is a coumarin which is isolated from Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cusson. Osthole is a calcium channel modulator via inhibiting phosphodiesterases. It also regulates the expression of TNF-α, NF-κB, TGF-β, cyclooxygenases, leukotrienes, nitric oxide, ERK, and JNK. Osthole is a natural compound used in cosmetics material.
